Best, Shifrah Devorah & Zipporah Malka
I love What you have done here!
:)…..:)
What a fabulous idea for a cookbook.
I also have a yen for good chinese food. It is very refreshing that such a great complete kosher asian cookbook is available! Yasher Koach!!
Mazel Tov, mazel tov Tsipppora Malka and Shifra Malka! What a beautiful idea for a cookbook. We are filing out your survey and look forward to getting your book. What a team! Talia just had a sweet baby girl, B”H. How old is/are yours? Love, Sandy
I just got your cookbook and I love it! The recipes are not as complicated as I thought and everyone is really happy with the delicious (and easy!) creations. Thank you so much! (no…I am not getting paid to say this! I really mean it).
This sounds great. I have to get my hands on a copy and check it out. The big question for me is: can I get the ingredients? It isn’t easy to get Asian ingredients in Israel with a decent hecksher. Do you include substitution ideas for hard-to-find-kosher ingredients?
I’ll be looking forward to the YouTube demonstrations, particularly the Fried Vermicelli Noodles, Egg Rolls, and Chow Mein.
This is a great book. I am always looking for new, yet tried-and-true
recipes in this cultural milieu!
Grand idea for a cookbook.
I love Chinese and all kinds of aisian cooking. The most important part is that it is not too time consuming for working people.
Hatzlacha rabbah in all that you do!
I love the look of the book. I can’t wait to get my hands on a hard copy. My husband has been raving about your cooking. If it’s as good as he says then I know I’m in for a real treat. Maybe you’ll let me put up a post on my blog with a recipe. (Maybe I’ll get two and give away one on my blog).
Ok. Lets try this again…
I love all chinese food. Im waiting for Rochel to make me all the food and send it to me. I get hungry just looking at the pictures. 😉
I go to Thailand as a Mashgiach to oversee Pesachdikke food production.
It is MOST frustrating to walk the streets, seeing and smelling the wonderful cuisine that is made at every corner.
Having trained in Hotel Management, I lock these two senses into memory and come home to South Africa and try to re-create dishes from memory. Mostly I dont know what goes into the food but I make my dishes with the rule: USE FOUR “S”es
Sweet
Sour
Salty
Spicy (hot)
I would love to win a book on how to make Asian food in a more authentic way.
I particularly like Satay and Teryaki recipes!
You should treat yourself and buy a copy. Go to our buy button. I don’t know anyone who is doing a giveaway.
My sister did the beef and broccoli and it was spectacular. Very good recipe.
Shifrah Devorah made it last night, too. I may never eat out again. Just kidding. Zipporah Malka
i love this! so different.
